With a rivet-free cooking surface for maximum protection against bacteria and a perfectly flat base that will not warp while in the oven, this roaster is an asset for any busy kitchen –especially during the holidays. With a large capacity and a cooking depth of 4 inches, this roaster will comfortably fit a 6-8 lb. roast. Sear your cut of meat on the stovetop to lock in flavor, and then transfer directly to your oven (up to 500°F). When you are done roasting, remove your meat and place the pan back on the stovetop to make your gravy.
