Instructions for use:

• Lift flip tab and remove cover
• Place food in bowl, cover with lid and snap flip tab closed
• Place bowl in refrigerator
• To heat, lift flip tab
• Place bowl with lid in microwave - lid prevents mess from spewing in microwave
• Once food is heated, remove lid and serve or eat from bowl
• No extra dishes!
